My story

Coach Jessica has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She began her career as a group exercise instructor. During a time of personal budget cuts, she did not want to give up her gym membership, so she became an instructor in exchange for a free membership. Jessica discovered her passion for teaching fitness classes and in 2012 she decided to advance her career by becoming a personal trainer. Jessica finds great joy in helping her clients achieve their goals and realize their full potential, even when they don’t know it’s there.

Coach Jessica is married with two grown children. She enjoys hiking, swimming, going on road trips, and spending time at the beach. Despite her desire to live in a warmer climate, she remains in Western Massachusetts due to her wonderful church family, clients, and friends in the community. During winter, she loves to keep warm with her blankets and pellet stove.

My vision

Trinity Fitness Options is a fitness business that provides one-stop, one-coach services specifically designed for women’s weight loss, personal training, and nutrition coaching. The studio is based at home, which eliminates the intimidation factor that comes with working out in an open gym. Trinity Fitness Options offers a variety of services for clients to choose from, including personal training for toning, strengthening, and weight loss, nutritional coaching for weight loss, and overall wellness. Trinity Fitness Options offers flexible payment options, pay-by-session or pay-by-month. Clients can choose the number of sessions they want to take each week, and they can have their training sessions indoors, outdoors sessions (weather permitting), aquatic sessions (summer only), or remotely. Workouts can also be designed for at-home training between sessions. Trinity Fitness Options offers single and pair training, and house calls can be arranged for an additional fee.
